Thank you for the info! I recently did my Josefina's hair with the downey dunk and steam method and while it seemed to do the trick at first, later I realized that Josefina's hair was now frizzy. It's not as tangled as it used to be but it's dull and frizzy. I'll try the wig shampoo and conditioner on my niece's Kirsten.
